Returns & Warranty – Azzium
At Azzium, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns and warranty policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping for our jewellery.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any jewellery item. To be eligible, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (box and pouch)

Be returned in its original packaging
To start the return process, please contact us at hi@azzium.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Sale items or items marked as “Free Gift”

Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If you benefited from free shipping, a restocking fee may apply
4. Exchanges
We only replace jewellery if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hi@azzium.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your jewellery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received the wrong or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hi@azzium.com.
7. Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturing Defects
All Azzium jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, protecting you from faults in materials or craftsmanship that prevent proper use of the piece.
Covered: faulty clasps, defective chains, missing stones on arrival, plating defects from manufacturing
Not covered: normal wear and tear, scratches, bending, accidental breakage, damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, sweat or water, loss or theft
To make a warranty claim, please email hi@azzium.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, we may repair the item, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or issue store credit at our discretion.
